The University Marien Ngouabi has two advisory bodies: the Scientific Council and the Academic Council.

Scientific Council

The Scientific Council is the advisory body of the institution in terms of research and research training. It provides advice and guidance on policy research, the creation or elimination of teams or other research entities, and the action plan of the institution in terms of research.

Pedagogic Council

The Pedagogic Council is the advisory body for training and pedagogy. It provides advice particularly on the creation or modification of program, types of courses and training, and the institution’s training action plan.
